Moist layers of chocolate and vanilla cake are swirled together and frosted in a richly decadent chocolate buttercream frosting. In place of butter, the cake is made with a fruity and robust olive oil that gives it an incredibly moist texture.
Swirl the chocolate and vanilla cake batters together into 3 prepared pans
Preheat the oven to 325F(165 C) and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
Level cooled cakes with a serrated knife or cake leveler and layer with chocolate buttercream
Fully frost cake with buttercream and add a chocolate ganache drip. Then top with piped buttercream border
