These brioche buns are so easy to make and serve as the perfect base for any burger or sandwich recipe.
Mix together ingredients (flour, salt, yeast, etc.) and form into brioche dough
Cut the brioche dough into 5 equal pieces
Individually shape them into round balls, place on baking sheet, and let (proof) for 30-40 minutes
Top with toppings of choice (optional) and bake the buns for 24-26 minutes
Lastly allow the buns to cool to room temperature before using and enjoy!
