Hello and welcome! I’m Winnie, the creator and voice behind Nourished Endeavors, a baking and food photography blog. To simply say that I love to bake would be a dramatic understatement. I am completely obsessed by all aspects of the baking process from developing a recipe to putting the final touches on a finished bake. I love it all!

When it comes to how I got into baking, lets just say I didn’t get it from my mama. My mom had many talents but baking was not one of them! I actually discovered baking after stumbling upon a baking show one weekend morning. I must have been about 8 years old and can still remember being mesmerized by the fact that all I had to do was mix the right amount of  ingredients together and I could have cake anytime I wanted! From that moment I was hooked and dedicated any extra time I had towards learning as much as I could about baking. After many fails and re-testing of recipes I created over the years, I am ready to share what have learned and continue to learn as a self-taught baker and recipe developer.

Ultimately, this blog is my happy place where I plan to share my tested, seasonally inspired recipes and food photography journey.
